Fun event - music, exhibits, folk dance performance, sugar skulls and other art projects, lectures, food and more. Event is free, but bring money for food. Dress warm as dance exhibit is usually outside.

That would be for a 5" snow or less. If it was a freezing rain/snow or more than 5", I would have to charge more. Anything over that could be quoted on a needs basis.
