Starwatch is a service of the Indianapolis Star that helps citizens report and keep up-to-date with various quality of life, health and safety issues.

From the Starwatch page:

Is there an abandoned house, giant pothole, trash, or other infrastructure that is broken or neglected in your neighborhood? If you have a complaint, use the entry form below to tell us about it. Star staff post these complaints to the list and map below.
